Take a first step into the build as it begins to wake up. This early update walks you through the courtyard, the cookie factory, the reindeer stables, and even a few rough‑and‑rowdy Krampus prototypes. You’ll see the bones of the retractable roof taking shape — the moment the Cube starts revealing what it wants to become. This is the 45–50% mark, where the magic is still raw and the structure is just beginning to breathe.
This three‑minute update dives into the second half of the build — everything from the 50% mark upward. You’ll see the deeper rooms taking shape, the raw structure before the gingerbread magic settles in, and the unfinished edges that show how massive this year’s project has become. It’s the point where the Cube stops behaving and starts revealing its true scale.
A rare look inside the hidden Toy Factory — the part you only see when the Cube is flipped around. A first look at the earliest prototype of the Toy Factory gears — wobbly, experimental, and absolutely not ready for prime time. There’s even a glorious little moment in the middle where the whole thing gives up and falls apart. But that’s the magic of the early stages: nothing is pretty yet, everything is possible, and the Cube is just starting to learn how to move.
